2010 AGM Took place on Sunday
6th June 2010
The AGM took place at the end of the Monthly Group Rideout.
Retiring Chairman Phil Wright ended his period of 20 Months at the "helm".Tom
Davis was elected as Chairman, Paul Davies is the new Secretary and
David Rogers continues in his role of Treasurer / Membership Secretary.
Another Free Place at the Ron
Haslam Race School to be given to a SAPAR Member
Ron Haslam has continued his support for SAPAR by again
donating a place at the Ron Haslam Race School in 2011 to be won by
a SAPAR member. All Riding Members of SAPAR at 1st December 2010 will
be entered into a free draw for this fantastic prize.
Record Turnout
for the March Rideout
Sunday 7th March saw 25 bikes gather at Shrewsbury for
the monthly social rideout. We had a 140 mile run into South Shropshire
and Hereford and finished at Dinkies cafe.
Presentation by "Rapid
Training"
This social evening was re-arranged on Tuesday 23rd
March at the Four Crosses Bicton. The presentation was attended by nearly
40 people.
Bumper Turnout for the 1st Rideout
of the year
Sunday 7th February saw 19 people on 17 bikes gather
at Shrewsbury for the monthly social rideout. We had a 140 mile run
into Mid-Wales and finished at the Quatford bike cafe.
DRAW FOR THE RON HASLAM RACE
SCHOOL and HONDA BSB PRIZES
The Draws for these fantastic prizes will take place
at the January Social Night.Wednesday 20th January 2010. Nev Gleed won
the Haslam Prize and Tom Davis won the Honda BSB Prize
