Social and other events
Amanda has organised a ride out into Wales, starting at the Honda Centre in Shrewsbury with a guided tour of Plas Newydd, Llangollen on the 25th April. Tickets for the tour are now sold out but you are welcome to join the rideout to Plas Newydd which goes via The Lost Barn Cafe and Ruthin before reaching Plas Newydd where you can sit and have refreshments (The cakes are very good) while the tour takes place. There will be a ride leader, who will endeavour to keep the group together, but we will not be ‘Marking Junctions’ so please familiarise yourself with the route. As with all of our rideouts we will ask you to sign a disclaimer before the start of the ride.

Visit to the the Triumph Factory on Saturday May 21st at 1.00p.m. Cost is £30 per person. We still have a limted number of places available. Please contact [email protected] if you’d be interested in this visit.

A rideout and visit to Pitchford Hall on the 12th July. Cost £27.50
Other events the Social team are currently working on:
- Climb the 174 steps of the Lord Hill Column in Shrewsbury for great views of Shropshire. Date to be confirmed but if you’re interested please contact [email protected]
- Weekend away in the North East. We’ll ride great roads in Cumbria, Northumberland and Yorkshire and plan to have a meal at one of the well known fish restuarants, Trenchers in Whitby or Whitely Bay, Magpie Cafe in Whitby or Rileys Fish Shack in Tyneside.
