Committee Members: At this meeting the entire committee will be sacked and a new committee must be elected. This is your opportunity to nominate yourself or another member for a position on the committee. Please remember though that if you nominate someone else you must have their permission and they must be ready to take on the task. The Glyn Jones Award: This award has been set up in tribute to the sterling work that Glyn did for the group as a long serving committee member, tail end charlie and a good friend to many of us. It has been decided to let the membership decide who should receive this years award and we ask that you use the form below to nominate any member that you consider has contributed something special, useful or supportive to you, the membership or the group in general.

Sadly due to the current difficulties we will be using Zoom for the meeting and presentation of the award will not be glitz and glamour, we’ll save that for next year. Please consider both the opportunity to join the committee and nomination of the the award and use the forms below.
